Cristóbal Colón Theater
Cristóbal Colón Theater is considered national heritage since 1975, is a stage for art and musical presentations. It is one of the most beautiful theatres with colonial style in our continent. Many cultural activities are carried out, in order to spread the music.
It was built in an area of 2.400m2; its classic style belongs to the Doric order or on carved stone by Pietro Cantina. Its name is in honor to Cristobal Colon because of the discovery of America.
Rooms
Exhibition room
The main room of Cristóbal Colon theater was inaugurated on October 12, 1982; inside there were national and international artistic presentations. It can hold up to 908 chairs.
Foyer room
It is placed in the second floor of the theater. In the room, it stands out the architectonic ornamentation of the pilasters, doors and windows. It was stage of musical concerts with small orchestras, groups and recitals; and can hold up from 150 to 200 persons
Victor Mallarino room
It is a beautiful stage is significant for the revival of modern theater in Colombia.

Camarín del Carmen Theater
It is located in the historic centre of Bogotá. It was built in 1655 with religious purposes, then military and educative ones. It can hold up to 500 people. It was built by Pawel Nowichi in 1989.
It is a construction that had different functions, nowadays the Camarín is used as theater room, is the headquarter of the Compañía Estable del Camarín del Carmen, one of the most famous of Colombia.

Faenza Theater
It is the oldest theater of films showing in Bogotá. It got its name because it was built inside crockery’s factory installations (called Faenza). The building has Italian influence, architectonic features of art nouveau and academic eclectic of the end of XIX century.
It was inaugurated in 1924, and then it turned into an important cultural stage of the capital. In 1975, it was declared National Monument.
Colsubsidio Roberto Arias Pérez Theater
Inside are carried out many concerts, opera, ballet, operetta, famous artists, spectacles; it is one of the best stages in the city. It was built in order to offer a lot of spectacles and contribute to cultural development through art.
Nowadays, it is the best one in Colombia. There, people can enjoy artistic expressions like the music, the theater, the operetta, and so on.

Jorge Eliécer Gaitán Municipal Theater
The theater is part of Tourism institution, considered one of the most important cultural centers in the capital and the country. Inside, there are many activities like artistic expressions, famous artist presentations and different spectacles.
