Cartagena de Indias

This is the capital city of Bolivar, a historical city.  Cartagena de Indias is a Human Patrimony.  It is a cosmopolitan city.  Its exhuberant landscapes, bays, lakes and marshes make it a perfect place for tourists.
The most significant places to visit are: El Corralito de Piedra, a nice city sorrounded by walls and plenty of buildings; El Laguito, a zone with an important tourist infrastructure; and Boca Grande an entertainment center for national and foreing people.

Playa de la Bahía Castillo Grande

This is a tropical sabana with an urban landscape.  Its beautiful green waters are the major attraction, appart from the variety of fish.

Parque Natural Corales del Rosario y San Bernardo (Natural Park)

This park is located close to The Caribean Sea, 45 Km. to the southwest of The Bay of Cartagena.  It is composed by 43 islands.  It presents a hot weather.  The temperature oscillates between 27 and 30 °C.
The landscape is covered by choral reeves, prairies, a variety of algas and groves.  The 50 species of choral are its most famous characteristic.  Other interesting places are Maravilla and de los Pájaros island, and The Mohán lakes.

Islas del Rosario (Islands)

These islands are situated 35 Km. from Cartagena.  This magnificent archipelago has 27 choral islands which are considered beautiful natural attractions.  Besides, it is an ideal place for nautic sports.
